Ask Me Anything: live Q&A on our Discord
How do you get into a PhD, or into AI security? In our Ask Me Anything sessions on Discord, guests answer your questions live. Four sessions so far, with guests such as Tom Neuhäuser, Lorenz Hufe and Linus Folkerts.
In June, we started Ask Me Anything (AMA), our first regular event on the BLISS Discord server. A guest joins the voice channel and answers your questions about their research, their career path or anything else. You can post questions in advance in the #ask-me-anything channel or ask them live.
Some of our guests so far:
- Tom Neuhäuser (9 June), BLISS president – Doing a PhD in Berlin and machine learning for cognitive science and medicine.
- Lorenz Hufe (7 July), BLISS founding member and ELLIS PhD candidate at Fraunhofer HHI and the University of Oxford – AI for history, and doing a PhD at Oxford.
- Linus Folkerts (29 July), former BLISS member, now testing the cyber capabilities of AI models at the AI Security Institute – How to get into AI for cybersecurity.
